Umm… honestly, they’re less of a project than other people. I checked through the archive here and read some of their responses. Somebody else can deal with Etlu. Hopefully someone who has tranquilizer darts.
In a more general sense though, it can be very helpful to look at people who you depend on (or who you are forced to deal with) as projects. What are the problems you run into while interacting with them? What are possible solutions to these problems? How can the solutions be implemented without them mucking it up themself?
Not gonna lie, this is the kind of thing I got acquainted with at a pretty young age. It’s not the most romantic way to look at things, but sometimes you need to just sit back and appreciate the transactional nature of relationships.
